About the Show
On a cold December night in 1956, fate brought the Age of Rock n’ Roll’s hottest musicians together at Sun Records in Memphis, Tennessee for a night that would go down in history. Now we bring Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins to you!
Perkins was recording with session pianist Jerry Lee Lewis and their music producer, the “Father of Rock ‘n’ Roll” Sam Phillips, when Elvis Presley and then Johnny Cash found their way into the recording studio. An impromptu jam session then followed that crowned them “The Million Dollar Quartet.”
Now, YOU can experience the excitement of the landmark event with extraordinary talents recreating that evening, performing numbers like “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Great Balls of Fire,” “I Walk the Line,” “Hound Dog” AND MORE in this Tony Award-Nominated musical.
