CECILIA BRENNER (Oliver Twist) is excited to be performing on the 6th Street stage where she has appeared in Annie, To Kill a Mockingbird as Scout Finch, and Gypsy. She has been acting for four years. Recent roles include The Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz, Charlie Cowell in The Music Man Jr., and Prince John in Robin Hood: Naught in Nottingham.
GUS JORDAN (OliverTwist) is 12 years old and a native of Santa Rosa. He has been a student of the School of Drama for the last two years. He enjoys acting, creating comics, writing, playing Pokémon Go, and caring for his pet chickens. Along with his twin brother, Gus holds a brown belt in American Kenpo Karate.
DAVID YEN (Fagin) has performed all over the North Bay. Favorite roles include Faceless (6th Street), The Nether (Left Edge Theatre), Curious Incident… (Spreckels Theatre Company), Hook in Peter Pan (Spreckels), Higgins in My Fair Lady (6th Street), and the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz (Mountain Play). MARIO HERRERA (The Artful Dodger) is excited to be returning to 6th Street! Recent credits include: To Kill a Mockingbird (Jem, 6th St), Big the Musical (Billy, Berkeley PH), Addams Family (Pugsley, Spreckels),and A Christmas Story (Flick/ Ralphie, SF Playhouse). BRITTANY LAW* (Nancy) is thrilled to make her 6th Street debut in the role of Nancy! Favorite past credits include Cinderella in Cinderella, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Natalie in Next to Normal, and Eponine in Les Miserables. ZACHARY HASBANY (Bill Sikes) is grateful to join 6th Street for the first time. He has been directing Cinnabar Theater’s production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, teaching theatre, and finishing a master’s degree in theatre education. Other favorite roles include Prince Topher in Cinderella, Beast in Beauty and the Beast, and Frank Butlerin Annie Get Your Gun. Acting training: Pacific ConservatoryTheatre (PCPA).
ROBERT NELSON (Mr. Bumble/Knife Grinder) is a comedic actor and singer with 13 years experience in Bay Area theatre. Last season he portrayed Paul, the lovesick actor in a traveling theatre company going nowhere but Buffalo, in the Playhouse’s farce Moon Over Buffalo. He portrayed Jamiein The Last Five Years, King Arthur in Spamalot, and Bobby in Company, deftly directed by Pat Nims at Novato Theater Company.
AMY WEBBER (Mrs. Corney/Strawberry Seller) is delighted to return to 6th Street after 2 years. She was last seen in Spreckels' A Gentlemen’s Guide to Love and Murder. Favorite roles: Lucy (You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown), Sue Ellen (Honky Tonk Angels), Franca (The Light in the Piazza), and Jolene Oakes (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels). MADISON LEWIS (Charlotte/Bet/Milkmaid) is thrilled to be returning for her third show at 6th Street Playhouse. She was recently in Merman’s Apprentice (SAL) and Cinderella (Spreckels). She has appeared at Transcendence’s Broadway under the Stars, Cinnabar Theatre, San Francisco CMT, and Disneyland PA. You can see her next in Matilda at Spreckels next year. DWAYNE STINCELLI (Mr. Sowerberry/Mr. Brownlow/Chairman) a founding member of 6th Street. Oliver! was one of the first shows he appeared in with Santa Rosa Players 40 years ago. Ten years ago, he was featured as Mr. Bumble at the Playhouse. He is loving the new adaption and arrangements of this well-known classic. Recent roles: Left Edge Theatre’s production of Nuts as Judge Murdock, and in Cinderella at Spreckels.
MAUREEN O’NEILL (Mrs.Sowerberry/Mrs. Bedwin, Old Sally) is pleased to be back at 6th Street after performing in The Book Club Play. Maureen performed in Sideways (Left Edge Theater), 1776 (Spreckels), The Sound of Music (SRT), Time Stands Still (Raven Players), and The Music Man (SRJC). Next she is directing Seussical Jr. and performing in Matilda at Spreckels. She loves her hubby Bill and sweet girl, Charlotte #girlswithautismrock.
ALANNA WEATHERBY (Noah Claypole/Rose Seller/Ensemble) has done some of her favorite productions in Sonoma and Marin County, most recently Spring Awakening (Ilse) and Into the Woods (The Witch). PALES GENSLER (The Matron) is so excited to be in Oliver!, her second performance at 6th Street. She appeared in Guys & Dolls (Martha) and has worked at the SOD summer camps for 3 years. Pales got her theater arts acting certificate in 2018 from the SRJC. She would like to thank her friends, family, and everyone who helped her get to where she is today.
TONY CAVALLERO (Dr. Grimwig) is 13 years old and thrilled to be back at 6th Street. Favorite roles include: Jem (To Kill a Mockingbird), John Darling (Peter Pan), Babkak (Aladdin Jr.), Nathan Detroit (Guys and Dolls Jr.), Sonny (Grease), and Cowardly Lion (Wizard of Oz). When not singing and acting, he enjoys reading and art. He is grateful for the continued support of his family and friends.
LIEV BRUCE-LOW (Charley Bates/Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) happily joins the Oliver! cast for his 3rd show with 6th Street Playhouse; last season Liev played Dill in To Kill a Mockingbird and played a Newsboy in Gypsy this fall. One day Liev hopes to live and work in London–though hopefully not as a pickpocket ne’er do well.
CHEYENNE JORDAN (Charley Bates/ Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is overjoyed to make her 6th Street debut in Oliver! She moved to the US from Japan in 2013 and has been dancing for close to 5 years. She’s part of Studio C Dance Academy, and a junior at CGHS. Recent credits include Jesus Christ Superstar at SRJC, as well as several productions by her school’s drama department.
GRACE CHARLESWORTH (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is a 10-year-old 5th grader, attending the Santa Rosa French American Charter School. Her favorite theatrical roles have included Molly in Annie Jr., Zazu in Lion King Jr. (both with Music to My Ears in Cotati), and most recently Mr. Mayor in Seussical Jr. here at 6th Street. Grace is excited to be part of this production of Oliver!
MICHELA LAUREN COMFORT (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is excited to return to 6th Street for another musical production. This production of Oliver! reunites Michela with many of the cast of Annie from last season, and even some from the recent production of Seussical this past summer. Michela continues her theater life at school as well, and looks forward to performing in two upcoming productions in the spring.
ALISON GREEN (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is excited to make her professional debut in Oliver! She has performed with Santa Rosa Children’s Theater, A Theater for Children, 6th Street Playhouse School of Drama, and several school plays. Favorite roles include Wendy Darling in Peter Pan, Sebastian in The Little Mermaid, and Horton in Seussical. Alison is passionate about musical theatre and hopes to perform on Broadway.
NAYLA MAKINANO (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is excited to perform in Oliver! Nay is 11 years old and has acted in 6th Street productions since 2016. Her favorite roles have been Jojo in Seussical Jr. and Kate in Annie. She loves to swim, read, draw, write plays, travel, and listen to holiday music year-round! Nayla thanks her family, and the cast and crew for this experience.
ELLA MARTIN (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is thrilled to be one of Fagin’s boys in 6th Street’s Oliver! This is Ella’s second show with 6th St (Annie, Orphan and Ensemble). Ella’s most recent role was Kendra in Sonoma Arts Live’s production of 13: The Musical! Ella became inspired to participate in theatre after seeing School of Rock on Broadway and has never looked back!
TYLER ONO (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is 11 years old and has been acting since he was five. He excited to make his 6th Street debut! Recent roles include Theo in Pippin at Summer Repertory Theater and as Gavroche in Les Miserables at Music To My Ears. He wants to thank all of his friends and family who have supported him through the years.
ALINA KINGWILL PETERSON (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is excited to be performing again at 6th Street. Last year, she performed here as the title role in Annie. Favorite roles include: Sebastian in The Little Mermaid Jr., and Cinderella in Into the Woods Jr. She has had the opportunity to perform with Transcendence Theatre at Broadway under the Stars. Alina enjoys singing, songwriting, and playing ukulele.
MAGGIE WARD (Workhouse Boy/Fagin’s Gang) is 11 years old and in 6th grade. She is happy to be in her 5th production at 6th Street. Maggie has loved the show Oliver! since she saw it 5 years ago, and is thrilled to be a part of this production.
