Choreographer for our upcoming production of George M!

6th Street Playhouse is hiring a Choreographer for our upcoming production of George M!

This tap and jazz-heavy show chronicles the life and times of George M. Cohan, still revered today as the founder and father of Broadway.  It has been a long while since a theatre has done the show here in the Bay Area, and we are looking for a strong choreographer who can work with a range of experienced and novice actor/dancers to put a terrific show on stage!  Songs/numbers include Yankee Doodle Dandy, Over There, You're a Grand Old Flag, and Give My Regards to Broadway - and many more!

The production is being directed by Patrick Nims (Marin Summer Theatre), and Joseph Favalora (Beauty and the Beast (B'way) Cats (US Tour) is playing the title role.

Dance stylings for the show include intermediate to advanced Tap, Jazz, Soft-Shoe, and Vaudeville character movement.

Compensation is very competitive and negotiable.
