6th Street Playhouse will be seeing Adult actor/singers, at an open call, for roles in its 2018-19 Season opener, the musical Guys and Dolls.
Guys and Dolls runs in the G.K. Hardt Theatre from September 14 – October 7, 2018
Rehearsals will begin the first week of August.

Jam-packed with big, flashy numbers like “Luck Be a Lady” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat,” TIME magazine pronounced Guys and Dolls “the greatest of all American musicals.” This multiple award-winning treat takes you to swinging jazz-age New York City where ‘high stakes’ applies to both love, and money.
AUDITION DATES AND LOCATION:
Both auditions will be held in The G.K. Hardt Theatre at 6th Street Playhouse, located at 52 W. 6th Street, Unit A, Santa Rosa, CA 95401
What to Prepare?
Actor/Singers wishing to be considered for a role in the show should prepare 32 bars of a Broadway tune in the style of the show. Bring sheet music with you to the audition - you may not sing a cappella. An accompanist will be on hand. An updated Headshot and Resume’ is required.

Actors will also need to attend dance callbacks on Wednesday, June 27th, at 6 pm in the G.K. Hardt Theatre, if they wish to be considered for casting in Guys and Dolls.
There will be principal role callbacks on Thursday, June 28th, from 6 pm - 10 pm.
Materials will be provided from the show for the callbacks on Thursday.
All Acting positions are paid. AEA actors will be considered.
