Bridget Palmer
Bridget Palmer, GCFP, has a wide body of theatrical experience including acting, producing, adapting stories for the stage, teaching acting, and directing. The mysterious letters “GCFP” after her name indicate that she is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, a profession which uses movement and awareness to help students heighten brain function through experiential learning and play. Besides teaching in the 6th Street Playhouse School of Drama, Ms. Palmer directs the Santa Rosa Children's Theater program, for which she earned two gold medals from Sonoma Family Life Magazine readers. She also taught Theater Improvisation at the Sebastopol Senior Center for which she earned an Above and Beyond Certificate of Recognition. In 2009, Ms. Palmer founded 6th Street Improv, a professional comedy improv troupe that has been enthusiastically embraced by the community. Ms. Palmer's students improve their relationship skills for family and professional applications by gaining greater capacities for creativity, courage, and communication.
