On Saturday evening, November 19, at 7:30pm, we will present
“An Evening with Kathy Fitzgerald”
…an evening of song, humor, audience interaction, and the inside scoop on the likes of Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, Dolly Parton, Tony-winning director Joe Mantello, and many more stars of Broadway.
Starting at 6pm, there will be a reception in the Studio Gallery which includes light dinner hors d’oeuvres and wine. The Performance will begin at 7:30pm in the GK Hardt Theatre
There will be a 20-minute intermission followed by a moderated audience Q&A and “inside Broadway stories”
Following the performance a champagne and chocolate reception will follow onstage for only VIP ticket holders.
A Broadway character actress extraordinaire, Kathy Fitzgerald got her Great White Way start playing multiple roles in the Johnny Burke revue Swinging on a Star, and juggled several characters, including fabulously butch lighting designer Shirley Markovitz, during her six-year stint in The Producers. Other Broadway credits include the scene-stealing office assistant Roz in 9 to 5, roles in The Next Three Days and Our Idiot Brother, and the malicious headmistress Madame Morrible in Wicked.
