Tara Howley Hudson as Olympe de Gouges
Several revolutions ago, Tara lived in Paris and worked in the fashion industry, while spending all her free time seeing plays at the Comedie-Francaise and the Theatre de Soleil. Inspired, she made her way back to the States where she has enjoyed working in LA, NYC, and San Francisco doing regional, experimental, improvisational and street theatre. Favorite experiences include: Equus at 6th Street Playhouse (Awarded Best Ensemble by MTJA!), Moliere’s Scapin at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles, Irena in Chekov’s Three Sisters, and workshopping an experimental three-actor version of MacBeth at Actors Theatre of Louisville. She also has acted in independent films, tv, and commercials.
Lydia Revelos as Marie Antoinette
Lydia really loves this play, this role and most of all, this group of phenomenal gals (and guy) that have gathered together for this singular story of a hidden history finally told (so much fun research too!). She is grateful to be back at 6th Street following roles in Annie, Stage Kiss & Animal Crackers. Last year she appeared in Spreckels’ The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Left Edge Theater’s Honky & Raven Players’ Rapture, Blister, Burn. Other recent favorites include Main Stage West’s From Both Hips. Spreckels’ The Sugar Bean Sisters & Roustabout Ensemble’s Betrayal. A native of southwest Ohio, she holds a BFA from Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College. “There is nothing new except what has been forgotten.” – Marie A.
Serena Elize Flores as Marianne Angelle
After taking a long hiatus from theatre to attend graduate school, Serena has been honored to perform on many Bay Area stages in the past four years. Favorite roles include Morticia (The Addams Family), Rita (The Naked Truth–US premiere), Yaz (Water by the Spoonful), Columbia (The Rocky Horror Show), Jenny Diver (The Threepenny Opera), Rosie (Bye Bye Birdie), Mathilde (The Clean House), The Witch (Big Fish), Anita (West Side Story), Lucy (You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown), Chiffon (Little Shop of Horrors), Nickie (Sweet Charity), and Francine/Lena (Clybourne Park–TBA Best Actress nom/Best Ensemble win).
Chandler Parrott-Thomas as Charlotte Corday
Chandler is thrilled to be back in the Studio theater (since performing in Equus last season) creating art with such an empowering group of women. She returned to Santa Rosa after completing the BFA program at Southern Oregon University where she interned at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival during the 2017 season, understudying several shows. Chandler has been keeping herself busy performing in shows around the area (some favorites include Moon Over Buffalo at 6th St and Hand to God at Left Edge Theater). Catch Chandler in the upcoming Left Edge show This Random World!
