Ginna Hoben, The 12 Dates of Christmas playwright, is coming to town! We have put together opportunities for you to take advantage of her during her 'short residency'. Following are the specific offerings we invite you to engage in...

Ginna presents:
Saturday Dec. 29 12PM - 1:15 PM
Suggested donation at the door: $10  (no reservation required)

"No Spring Chicken' and 'How to Hatch Your Creativity'
Ever have a brilliant creative idea, but don’t know what to do with it?  Ginna Hoben has advice. When she found herself with a solid script, great reviews, stellar audience response, yet no representation, the actor/playwright got a crash course in actualizing a dream.  Determined to give her solo female play The Twelve Dates of Christmas a voice beyond her own, she made a plan to follow every available avenue … and sometimes pave her own path to production. From dreaming big, to writing without judgment, to fearless (okay, somewhat fearful) cold-calls, Ginna learned a great deal about Creativity, The Business, and a few Life Lessons along the way.  Need a little inspiration? Come hear about her challenging, rewarding, often humorous journey, and leave with a few tips to begin your own. Ginna will share excerpts from her newest play No Spring Chicken, along with her insights about creative process.

No Spring Chicken is a hilarious, heartfelt comedy about one woman’s effort to achieve, survive, and (without medication) complete pregnancy at the age of 40.  “The show feels like your wittiest and most hilarious friend telling you the story of her pregnancy over a shared cup of (caffeinated) coffee."
