William J. Brown III* as Antipholus of Syracuse
William is thrilled to make his debut at 6th Street Playhouse. He is the founder and artistic director of the Arabian Shakespeare Festival. He has performed all over the Bay Area, as well as internationally in Toronto, Canada; Al Ain, United Arab Emirates; and Edinburgh, Scotland. Favorites include: Hamlet (Hamlet), Troilus and Cressida (Diomedes); King Lear (Edmund); A Midsummer Night's Dream (Demetrius); Othello (Roderigo); Mourning Becomes Electra (Orin); Betrayal (Jerry); All the Shah's Men (Roger); Fighting Mac! Ariel Zuckerman as Antipholus of Ephesus
Ariel (Antipholus of Ephesus) is thrilled to return to 6SP, having recently played Happy Loman in Death Of A Salesman. Favorite Past shows include The Killer with Michael Shannon, Leontes (The Winters Tale), Berowne (Love’s Labour’s Lost) and Hamlet. On screen, Ariel was last seen in Super Troopers 2. Jared Wright as Dromio of Syracuse
Jared is excited to return to 6th Street Playhouse. He was last seen here as Roland in Constellations in the Studio Theater. He was most recently seen as Brian in By The Water at Spreckels and before that as Amir in Disgraced at Left Edge Theatre. Other favorite roles include Mac in You Got Older (Left Edge Theatre). Cheché in Anna In The Tropics, (6th Street Playhouse) for which he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the SOTA Awards. Herman Einstein/Besso in Capacity, and Bob Lee in The North Plan (Main Stage West). He is thrilled to make his cannery debut.
Sam Coughlin as Dromio of Ephesus
Sam graduated from Boston University with a BFA in Theater Arts. He has since been seen in Brava Theater's Waxing West (Elvis, Uros), The Aluminous Collective's The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Judas Iscariot), and Cinnabar Theater's Arcadia (Septimus Hodge; BATCC Nomination Best Actor). He is currently a company member at Main Stage West in Sebastopol.
Jessica Headington as Adriana
Jessica has a B.F.A. in Acting from Stephens College. Her favorite roles at 6th Street include Henrietta Leavitt in Silent Sky, The Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol, Maureen in The Beauty Queen of Leenane, and Ivy in August Osage County. She’s a two-time winner of the SOTA award for Best Actress and a faculty member at 6th Street School of Drama.
Isabella Sakren as Luciana
Isabella Julia is proud to be a part of 6th Street Playhouse’s The Comedy of Errors. Her previous credits include Ms. Forsythe in Death of a Salesman; a stage reading of 6th Street’s Appropriate as River, and productions from South West Shakespeare’s Antony and Cleopatra as Cleopatra’s lady in waiting, among other shows. Her training includes character mask classes with Jared Sakren at Scottsdale College Acting Conservatory.
Eric Yanez as Duke Solinus/Ensemble
Eric performed in his first play in June of last year as an ensemble character in Anything Goes and enjoyed it so much he hasn't looked back. This will be his fifth play in less than a year and a half. Credits include: Neil and Juan Maria in Tamalko; Ensemble in Mrs. Bob Cratchit's Wild Christmas Binge; and Theloneous, The Bishop, Papa Bear, The Dragon Puppeteer and the voice of Grumpy in Shrek the Musical. He's very much looking forward to get the opportunity to be in Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors as Duke Solinus.
Kit Grimm as Egeon
Most recently featured in Sonoma Arts Live’s The Dining Room, Kit continues his cherished collaboration with 6th Street Playhouse while woefully roaming the grounds of the Cannery in search of his long-lost sons - a departure from such lighter-hearted previous 6SP roles as Colonel Pickering, Uncle Fester, Scrooge, and Rocky Horror’s Narrator. With humble thanks, he dedicates his COE performances to the remarkable Craig Miller.
Guy Conner as Egeon Understudy
Guy first went on the stage at the age of seven, and went on to perform many roles in his youth and young adulthood. His subsequent career was quite varied: actor, author of children's books, software engineer, and politician. (He was married to the late State Senator Pat Wiggins.) In recent years, he has returned to his theatrical roots. Egeon is his first Shakespearean role.
Jill K. Wagoner as Emilia, the Abbess
Jill is a veteran of numerous Bay Area stages, having appeared with Festival Opera, Verismo Opera, Hoochi-Doo Productions, Goat Hall Productions, Sonoma Arts Live, Spreckels Performing Arts Center, Marin Onstage and 6th Street Playhouse. Recent roles include Fay Templeton in George M!, Snout/Wall in Fairyworlds!, M’Lynn Eatenton in Steel Magnolias, First Actress in The Dining Room, and Chairman/Sapsea in The Mystery of Edwin Drood.
Stefan Wenger as Balthazar, a Businessman/Ensemble
Stefan relocated from NYC where he performed in hundreds of improvised musicals, plays and comedy shows. He teaches improv comedy at Sonoma Academy, and in classes and workshops for adults. Scripted theatre is new to him; he's performed in A Christmas Carol and A Little Night Music at 6th Street Playhouse, and In The Mood for Shakespeare in the Cannery. He also hosts Music For Humans, a weekly radio show on KOWS FM.
Conor Woods as Angelo, a Goldsmith/Ensemble, 1st Merchant
Conor is delighted to be a part of this wonderful show. In addition to his acting endeavors, Conor is also the Technical Director for the playhouse. Favorites from 6th Street include: Equus (Set Designer), Constellations (Set Designer), George M! (Actor), Visiting Mr Green (Stage Manager), The Threepenny Opera (Actor) and Noises Off (Actor).
Carl Kraines as 2nd Merchant/Ensemble
Carl has been involved in theater from an early age, studying and performing at Hollywood’s famous Meglin Studios in the early 60’s. He has worked in the Bay Area and L.A. with theater and film. In his move to Santa Rosa he served as the Director of Theater for Maria Carrillo High School, where he produced and directed over 60 high school productions. Now retired, he is looking forward to acting and directing in our wonderfully vibrant local theater scene.
Eyan Dean as Dr. Pinch/Ensemble
Eyan is delighted to be a part of this show. Some of his favorite shows he has been part of is Allan in One Man, Two Guvnors, and Eugene in Grease along with directing a few 10-minute shows for the 10-minute show contest, of which Starbucks on Broadway was voted audience favorite. He is glad you came to support local theatre. Enjoy the show!
Heather Gibeson as Nell/Ensemble
Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Theatre with and emphasis in Classical Acting from Southern Utah University. Some of her previous experience includes playing Tamora in Titus Andronicus and Speed in Two Gentlemen of Verona at the Woodward Shakespeare Festival. This is Heather’s debut performance here at 6th Street Playhouse.
Arabella Harrison as The Courtesan
Arabella has been acting as long as she can remember. She recently starred in The Ravens Shrek the Musical (Sugar Plum Fairy, Blind Mouse, Dance Ensemble) and Rapture Blister Burn (Avery). She was also apart of The Raven's Sweeney Todd and Lovers, Liars and Clowns. She currently studies Theatre Arts at SRJC where she has learned about many different acting and theatre styles and has performed in 3 showcases there including SRJC's production of Mary Poppins (Katie Nanna/ Dance Ensemble). She continues to keep acting on the stage for as long as possible to study her craft and doesn't plan on leaving anytime soon.
Michael Hunter as An Officer/Jailor, Ensemble
Michael is excited to be back at 6th Street Playhouse after four years. He previously appeared at the Playhouse in Victor/Victoria and as Ruckly in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. Michael’s favorite roles include Spike (Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike), Rochefort (The Three Musketeers), Bob Cratchit (A Christmas Carol), Renfield (Dracula), Armand (Once on This Island), and Humpty Dumpty (Alice: The Rebellion of Wonderland).
Allison Paine as Pinch Helper, Townsperson, Courtesan
Allison is a woman who rekindled her love for acting two years ago and has been dedicated to learning and performing ever since. She has appeared in the last two productions at the Santa Rosa Junior College and is currently working on achieving a degree in theater arts. Presently she is focused on sharing her passion for acting with the people in our local theatrical community.
Caitlin Strom-Martin as Pinch Helper/Townsperson/Courtesan
This is Caitlin's 6th Street debut! Caitlin is a graduate of The Meisner Technique Studio, and was last seen as “Mercy Lewis,” in The Crucible at Pacifica Spindrift Players. Next, she will direct Time Stands Still for The Raven Players, and will then play “Rosemary” in Outside Mullingar, also at The Raven Players. Caitlin thanks her husband for being her biggest supporter.
Scott Young as Ensemble/Executioner
Scott has been a background actor in over 50 films and has had five speaking short parts on film projects. He has also participated in three comedy competitions. He has taken mask and improv acting classes at 6th Street Playhouse and is excited to be making his debut in a production here.
