Delusions of Grandeur

 

You may have seen this month's featured group in last month's Gentlemen Basterds show. Delusions of Grandeur is an all-girls improv group bringing a hilarious comedy variety show to the Studio Theatre! This all-ages group is gearing up for primaries and will treat you to a "States of Mind"-themed show!

The Delusions of Grandeur:

Tricia Siegel spent her formative years in Los Angeles either at the beach, in traffic or getting a degree just to please her parents. She was a founding member of North Bay Improv and discovered her Delusions of Grandeur at Evil Comedy in Santa Rosa. She is an actor and voice actor and is currently training with The Groundlings in LA. She just discovered she’s a Gemini.

Allie Olejniczak began her comedy journey while attending UC Santa Cruz. She was a member of Comedy Joust (improv) and sheBAM (sketch). After graduation, she joined Evil Comedy in Santa Rosa and met the lovely ladies of DOG. She also does stand-up in the bay area. Sagittarius is her zodiac sign.

Jaimie Wilder is from Healdsburg, California. She was a Dance instructor for Nordquist’s Junior Dance Club in 2007. Because she could swing Dance, she got into the school play, “Grease”. She began performing stand-up comedy in 2015. She learned Improv from Steven Anderson’s Evil Comedy and performed stand-up and acted in original sketches in the shows. She was a founding member of North Bay Improv with Tricia Siegel. As of 2018 she is a co-founder of the comedy Co-op, “Delusions of Grandeur” which performs at the 6th Street Playhouse in Santa Rosa. Scorpio.

Darylan Stratten, a Scorpio, is originally from Pismo Beach, CA.  She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Acting and Directing.  After working at Horn in the West theater,  in North Carolina, she moved to New York City where she mostly waitressed. Then she moved to San Francisco where she was a photographer and performed with Improvisation Inc. in the 1970’s. Then for security she became a drama teacher.  After 25 years she retired to Sebastopol, CA.  She rediscovered her old passion, improvisation, with Imagine Improv and Evil Improv. Then she turned to Delusions of Grandeur.
